How I Play My Level 70 Paladin
How I play my level 70 EverQuest Paladin, the tank of a six-box group: a rack of low-mana stuns run for aggro, the heal buttons, the new Ward of Tunar, and the buff-conflict rules for who takes druid skin, aegolism, and symbol.
My level 70 Paladin is the tank for a six-box group with a Druid, two Mages, an Enchanter, and a Wizard. At this level he plays off a single multibind: a rack of low-mana stuns thrown for aggro, an AoE group heal on a timer, and Yelp. The new wrinkle this level is buff conflicts, deciding who gets druid skin, who gets aegolism, and who gets symbol so nothing gets overwritten.
Session Overview
Tanking a mixed six-box at 70.
- Role: tank and off-healer for a group of Druid, two Mages, Enchanter, and Wizard. My job is holding aggro so the Wizard can nuke freely.
- The aggro problem: the Wizard is landing roughly 3,000 every couple of seconds, so single targets are fine but two or three mobs at once gets dicey, especially when the Enchanter fails a mez and pulls hate.
- Progressive setup: this builds on the earlier videos. The multibind itself has not changed much, I mostly upgraded the stuns and the heal to their current versions.
- Waiting on 75: a lot of this cleans up at 75 with the unity spell and an extra spell slot, so some of the tedium here is temporary.
Stun Lineup
Cheap stuns run for hate, not for the stun.
- Cease: my pull stun. Quick, low mana, and it does not need to land the stun. It just aggros the mob and brings it to me. I plan to swap it for the Protest for Honor line around 75. A bow would do the same job, but I do not have one.
- Force: another lower-level stun, very low mana at 90, quick cast.
- Force of Akira: stuns level 63 mobs, also 90 mana. I run it for the hate, not the stun.
- Force of Piety: 80 mana, stuns up to level 73, so it lands on current content. A great fit for the multibind.
- Serene Command: the other current-level stun, also good to 73.
Why two of them actually stun
- Force of Piety and Serene Command are current-level: they land on the level 73 mobs I fight, so they interrupt whatever the mob is hitting for a moment.
- The current-level stun is expensive: one runs around 250 mana for only 140 damage, which is steep for the damage, but it stuns current content and that is the whole point.
- Why I upgraded on the fly: the Wizard started ripping aggro, so mid-stream we swapped these two to the higher-level versions and it held aggro noticeably better. There is no visible aggro number on stuns, but it feels better.
Heals
Group AoE plus a fast single-target patch.
- Wave of Piety: group heal for 1,300 to everyone. It rides the multibind on roughly a 30-second reuse, which soaks up the incidental damage the Enchanter, mages, and Wizard pick up.
- Pious Cleansing: a 500 heal over time, target-of-target, so it lands on whoever is tanking.
- Light of Piety: a quick 1,200 heal on its own button so I can top off whoever holds aggro, whether that is me, the Enchanter, or the Wizard.
- Yelp: cast in the multibind, though it has not been upgraded since level 60.
Layered AoE: the Druid throws an AoE group heal on the same 30-second cadence, so between the two of us the group stays topped without direct healing.
The Multibind
Bound on 4 and 5, spam one key.
- What fires: the four stuns rotate, Yelp casts, and the AoE heal goes off when everything else is on cooldown.
- Divine Stun on cooldown: it works, but it pushes the target back and I dislike the sliding. I want to switch to Force of Disruption.
- The three AA stuns: Divine Stun, Force of Disruption, and Disruptive Persecution all share timer 2, so you can only run one. Force of Disruption just adds hate and interrupts casting without the knockback.
- Save quirk: the hotkeys break every time I log out and I have to reset the multibind to 5, a persona-swap bug.
Ward of Tunar
The new level 70 self ward.
- What it does: a holy aura that has a chance to fire when I am struck in melee, healing 300 and adding 25 attack, 60 strength, and 7 armor class. It fades after healing 32 times.
- Downside: a 3-minute cast time with a short duration and charges, so it needs constant recasting. That eases at 75, when a new spell slot lets me park it permanently through 130.
- It conflicts with druid skin: the Druid's Skin of the Reptile does a similar on-hit heal, so once you have the Ward of Tunar line you block skin on the Paladin forever, since this becomes the endgame line you cannot tank without.
TLP note: Ward of Tunar arrives in Prophecy of Ro and the Druid gets Skin of the Reptile back in Omens of War. Before Prophecy of Ro, keep using skin, after it, run your own Ward of Tunar line.
Group Buff Assignments
Who gets skin, who gets aegolism, who gets symbol.
Druid skin
- Druid, Enchanter, and Wizard take it: none of them have a self buff that conflicts, so they all keep druid skin (the equivalent of the cleric resolution line).
Aegolism (Affirmation)
- Both Mages take it: skin does not stack with their phantom line and phantom is better, so I cast aegolism on the mages instead. It is HP, symbol, and AC in one buff.
- Casters trend that way: clerics would always take aegolism over skin for the same reason.
Symbol and the Paladin's own skin
- Symbol for the Druid: the Druid has no symbol, so I cast Geron's Mark, a group symbol, which covers everyone.
- Paladin blocks skin: I run Armor of the Champion, a self shielding buff that beats Focus at max level. It adds HP like Focus plus armor class and mana regen that Focus does not. Its mana regen sits on the shielding slot while druid skin's sits on HP type 1, and the two do not stack, so I block skin on myself.
- Strength from the Druid: since I cannot take Focus from a shaman, I take the Druid's strength buff, which also boosts melee damage.
Fury Choice and Blessed Aura
Pick your damage proc, run the aura.
- Silvered Fury vs Pious Might: two conflicting self buffs. Silvered is the bane-of-undead line, Pious Might is the divine might line. Fighting undead, take Silvered. Fighting normal mobs, take Pious.
- Unity later: Divine Protector's Unity at 75 folds some of this together along with the shielding spell, so this hand-casting is temporary. Silent Piety (a resist buff) is not worth a button yet.
- Blessed Aura: the new level 70 aura, roughly 10% extra healing to companions standing inside it. Keep it running at all times.
AAs and Buffs to Block
Emergency heals and one buff to keep off the group.
- Lay on Hands: 65,000 up front then 16,000 every 6 seconds for 36 seconds, more than a full heal on a cadence. Great for saving a life, but once it drops you are back on your own.
- Hand of Piety: an instant 4,000 group heal every 24 minutes.
- Cloak of Light: instant-cast invisibility versus undead.
- Mar's Salvation: block this on the Paladin, and block every rank of it. It is a group buff that cuts hate generation by 7%, which is the opposite of what a tank wants. Recast it on the group each time you buff, since it only lasts about 15 minutes.
- Purification and Radiant Cure: keep both on the bar to strip detrimental effects.
- Splash (later): the group targeted-cure heal is a game changer that lets the Paladin solo missions and takes cure pressure off the Druid.
Gear at 70
Defiant now, earned gear soon.
- Elaborate Defiant: still the best you can buy, with Elegant a step below.
- Hero's Journey gear: at 70 it is time to start earning gear. The heroes-tier armor is the best outside raid gear at roughly 300 HP a piece.
- Paragon and House of Thule: Paragon armor is Seeds of Destruction tier, and at 80 this group heads into House of Thule tier 1.
- Level path: at 75 we run Gribbles for fast experience plus the Broken Mirror mission, which hands a full level from 75 to 76. I skip Broken Mirror armor because the aug slots make it too tedious across six characters.
Plan: House of Thule at 80, then some Veil of Alaris around level 90.
Paladin Quick Reference
- Pull: Cease to grab the mob and bring it in.
- Hold aggro: spam 4 or 5. The stuns rotate for hate, Wave of Piety heals the group, Yelp fires.
- Patch the tank: Light of Piety on whoever holds aggro.
- Emergency: Lay on Hands to buy 36 seconds, Hand of Piety for an instant group top-off.
- Buff pass: skin on Druid, Enchanter, Wizard, aegolism on the two Mages, Geron's Mark symbol on the group, Armor of the Champion on self. Block skin and Mar's Salvation on the Paladin.
- Ward: keep Ward of Tunar and Blessed Aura up, recast Ward every few minutes.

Hello and welcome to how I play my level 70 paladin. So today we’re going to talk about uh spells. We’re going to talk about my rotation. We’re going to talk about all the little different buffs we do. And we’re going to talk about some conflict buffs. Uh that’s a little bit new for this uh this level range. Uh so let’s get right into it. Uh right now I’m doing what five stuns. Uh and they’re all in different, you know, different levels of stun, right? like um I use cease to pull. I plan on switching cease to protest uh protest for honor or whatever that line is. I think it’s 75. Uh right now it’s it’s a quick low mana casting stun and it doesn’t need to stun anything. I really don’t actually want it to stun anything. It’s just going to aggro the mob and it’s going to run to me. So it’s just a nice little thing. I could be using a bow, but I do not have a bow. So there’s an option there. Uh, and then we have force, which is, uh, just another lower level stun. I use this one. It’s very low mana. Uh, pretty quick cast time and stuff like that. Then we have force of Akira, which is another stun. Stuns level 63 mobs, but I’m not really using these for the stunning effect. I’m using them for the aggro that you get from doing stuns. But they’re they’re very low mana. Both of these are 90 mana. And there’s a there’s a theme here with that. Uh then we have force of piety. Now this one is 80 mana, but it does up to 73. So this one is fantastic for uh uh being in our multi mine and stuff like that. Now I added higher level stuns in here, especially this one. This one costs a lot of money, a lot of lot of mana. This one’s very expensive and u it just does a little bit of damage. So 140 damage. uh for 250 mana. Now, it’s it’s it’s I would say that’s a very expensive spell for what we’re doing with it, but it stuns current level stuff that we’re fighting. And that is kind of the benefit of this one. So, we’re getting that stun that we don’t really want on the other ones cuz we want the aggro, but this one is generating that stun, which is stopping the mob from hitting whatever it’s hitting. Uh and we have uh two of those current level ones, right? So, the force of piety does the 73 mobs and the uh serene command does the 73 mobs. Now, why why I want stuns on these two but not the other two, right? Um that’s a big that’s a good question. And the real reason is my my wizard started taking lots of aggro, right? She’s nuking, you know, 3,000 every every two seconds, right? Huge massive amount of damage. And uh on the fly in uh one of the streams we switched these up to the higher level versions and it seemed to be working a little bit better for aggro. Um now I I don’t know if there is an aggro generation number on any of these stuns. I like there’s there’s no way there’s no way to see. Uh so I don’t know. But I feel like these are working better for me. So that’s that’s why I’m using them. And they stun current level. So they are hitting uh you know somebody else in the group. That mob’s going to slow down its damage there for a second. And then we have a wave of piety, which is a group heal. Does 1300 damage to everybody in the group. Uh we have pious cleansing, which is a heal over time. Hits everybody or hits me typically or whoever is tanking with uh because it’s a target to target spell with a 500 point heal over time. Then we have light of piety, which is a quick casting uh 1,200 heal, which is actually pretty nice. Uh I have that these two on a separate button, so I can just heal whoever’s tanking, right? Sometimes it’s the enchanter, sometimes it’s the wizard. It just depends on if I lose aggro or not. And then finally, we have Yelp at the bottom here, which has not been upgraded since level 60, as far as I could tell. All right, so that’s my that’s my everyday carry spells. I, you know, I rotate between these four stuns. As you can see right here in the multivine, I cast Yelp in my multivine, and I do the AoE heal in the multivine. It has like a 30 second reuse, and it uh works out pretty well, I think, cuz like there’s there’s there’s uh accidental damage, I’ll call it, incidental, if you will, uh damage that goes out on all, you know, pretty much everybody in the group, right? like the enchanter takes a lot of damage. Uh, you know, from if I do debuffs, if I try to mez, it’s going to take damage. The wizard, she’s nuking so much that it’s just like, you know, I I’m I’m struggling at this point in time to hold aggro off of her on multiple mobs. On single target mobs, it’s a little easier, but if I got two or three mobs in the, you know, in the area, it’s it it’s pretty dicey. And sometimes those aren’t messable, right? like the enchanter fails to mez and that generates aggro on the enchanter. So throwing up an AoE AoE heal every 30 seconds is really nice. Now my druid is also throwing up an AoE heal every 30 seconds and so is I yeah that’s it. That’s all it’s in this group. So it works out pretty well. Um so that’s that. Now we have a lot of buffs. I I cannot wait for the level 75 unity spell. Uh we do have a lot of buffs and these are the buffs that I cast outside of the multivine for buffing, right? Uh so the first one up is Ward of Tunar. Uh Ward of Tunar is a spell we just got. Uh I think it was uh this like this level, right? Uh let me see if I can find it real quick. Ward of Tunar. Yeah, level 70. So we just got this. Now, if you read the description, bathes your body in a holy aura that will sometimes cast sometimes cast ward of Tunar effect when you’re struck in melee combat. So, every time I get hit, there’s a chance that Ward of Tunar effect will do something. This ward will increase your attack rating by 25, your strength by 60, and your armor class by seven. And this ward will fade after healing you 32 times. Now, if we look at this and actually click the effect, every time we get hit, we have a chance to get heal healed for 300 uh on top of all those other stats. So, that is that is a really nice spell. The problem that we’re that exists now for the paladin is that the druid also gets a spell that is a lot similar. And we’ll talk about this and why we block this one. Uh just to uh yeah, skin of the reptiles. So, if you’re on a TLP server, this doesn’t matter because we do not you do not get ward of Tunar for a few expansions after the the uh druid gets this one. So, skin of uh skin of the reptile every time you struck in combat will deal a heal on you. I don’t know how much the heal is. It doesn’t say, but uh I would assume it’s about the same as the uh the paladin heal here. So if you are in in TLP, so I believe it’s like omens of war, gates of discord. I think it’s omens of war is when the druid first gets that spell. Uh you get skin of there you’re you’re going to be fine. You’re going to you’re not going to want to block it. But as soon as you get the word of tunar line, you’re going to block the skin line from the uh from the druid forever. like you’re you’re never going to do it because this this turns into the uh grotto spell line which at the end of the game is a you know you’re not going to be able to tank without putting it on. Uh so definitely uh very uh useful there. So you can see uh we cast that. Now the the tediousness of this spell is it’s a 3minut cast time, right? It’s like every 3 minutes you got to recast it. So it’s it’s kind of annoying. Uh the druid one lasts a lot longer. It’s a little better even at 130. This is I think 10 minutes, maybe 15 minutes. It’s it’s terrible duration, right? And it has charges, so even more uh annoying there. Now, at 75, I believe we’re going to get another spell slot, and then I will permanently put uh uh the tunar spell in a spell slot, and that’ll stay in a spell slot all the way to 130. So, keep out keep an eye out for that. So, if you’re on TLP and you’re in like Omens of War, you can keep using Skin of the Reptile, but once you get whatever expansion this is for Watunar, um I I just looked it up. So, Ward of Tunar comes out in the Prophecy of Row expansion. So, before Prophecy of Row, scan a Reptile. After Prophecy of Row, you’re going to want your own Ward of Tunar line, whatever the current level one that is, right? And that is uh Omens of War to that. So you you got a few expansions there. You know, it’s there uh like Omens of War, Depths of Dark Hollow, Dragons of Norathra, and I think there’s one other one in there, but uh that’s the that’s the process there. So that’s that spell took up a lot of time. Uh we currently we bells. Uh so a paladin is going to want Bells. Uh you know, that is going to be what you’re going to want. It’s going to give you more more hit points, more uh stats, right? Uh now it does not stack with the ranger or the beast lord buff and I think there’s one other one it doesn’t stack with but uh that you’re going to want brows as a paladin uh symbol. Now my group has a mixed group right it is uh where are they all at here? I got a druid. I got two mages. I got an enchanter. I got a wizard. And they all have different spell stacking things. Now, now the druid is always going to want druid skin, which is the equivalent to the like resolution line from a cleric, right? So, the druid’s going to want that. The druid does not have a way to do symbol. So, we do symbol uh for the druid uh which is Geron’s mark, which is a group spell. So, that’s really convenient. Now, the two mages do not want skin from the druid. The skin and their phantom line do not stack. and the phantom line looks to me is to be arguably better. So for the two mages I have, I cast the paladin angelism which is affirmation. Now this is this is this is HP symbol and AC all in one buff, right? It’s the angelism spell line from the cleric. If you have a mercenary, it’s going to cast that on you pretty much all the time. Now, the enchanter uh wants the druid skin line because as at this point there is no uh there’s no no self buff that uh conflicts with it. So, the druid’s going to the druid and the enchanter are going to want skin. Same with the wizard. The wizard has nothing. The wizard has nothing that conflicts with anything. Uh and so that is how you’re going to how I do it, right? I do skin on these three. I do angelism on these two and I do agism I think on me. Yeah, I have conviction though from somebody else. Somebody cast that. I think my mercenary did. So I’m going to have aism on me plus my mages and then I’m going to have druid skin on the other one with symbol and I do the symbol from the paladin. Right now I do not do the AC buff on the uh on the casters. I don’t I just don’t feel like it’s worth it. But uh we do have a whole AC buff line that is included in the Agilism line and in the uh in that line. So you’re going to want to uh do that if you’re doing the symbol on yourself. Like say you say you want skin, but you’re not going to want skin. Why do you not want skin as a paladin? You have armor of the champion. Now armor of the champion is a selfbuff and it is I believe it it goes in the shielding line, I think. Got me. Let me double check this before I say something wrong. Yeah, shielding. So, this goes in the shielding lane. This does not stack with focus. You’re going to want this over focus at max level. Now, the reason why you’re going to want this is because it one increases our hit points just like focus. It’s going to increase our armor class. Focus does not increase armor class. It increases our mana regeneration. It does not. So this buff is mana regeneration on the shielding whereas the druid skin is mana regeneration on HP1. So the type HP type one and they do not stack for some reason. Uh maybe this gets fixed later on, but for right now they do not stack. And so I block druid’s skin on the paladin just like I do on the mage and uh yeah just on the mages and I do this. I do armor of the champion which is going to give me I think it’s like one less mana regen right now but at the next rank is the exact same mana regen you get from skin inside this buff. And the clerics are the same way. Clerics are never going to want druid skin. They’re always going to go for aism. So, uh, something to keep in mind. There’s some nuance to this that, you know, like if you’re if you’re if you’re like, you know, getting, you know, level 130 buffs, you know, on your character and stuff like that, doesn’t matter. Don’t worry about it until you get to where you’re not getting buffs. But since I do not really have any external buffs at the moment, they’re mostly what I’m casting here. Like, every single one of these buffs is from my group except for conviction, which is from my mercenary, which buffed me when I died. So that is uh that is how that works. Now um since we do not so since we do since we can’t take focus from a shaman if we get it we do get uh we do get strength from the uh the druid the alliance strength which also does the uh the uh the extra buff to our melee damage. So that’s kind of a nice little thing to have there. But uh something to keep in mind as you’re doing that. Now that’s our self shield, armor of the champion. We talked about agilism or affirmation. Uh we talked about bells, we talked about symbol, we talked about ward, we talked about AC. Now we get down to two other spells. We have silvered fury and pious fury. These are two conflicting spells that the the paladin can cast, right? One is for undead, one is not for undead. Uh, silver fury is the bane of knife line and pious might is the divine might line, right? So, you pick one, right? If you’re fighting undead, you’re going to want the knife. If you’re fighting, you know, normal mobs, you’re going to want pious, right? Uh, so you just make that decision for yourself. Now, uh, from what I understand, when we get the unity spell, there’ll be some kind of stacking because I don’t remember casting these like my my 125 paladin. I don’t remember casting these separate after 75. So, I I’m I’m guessing there’s either two different uh unities, which I don’t think there was. Let me double check real quick because I know uh yeah, Divine Protectors Unity, right? Uh see here. Remorse of the fallen. Uh see here gives us the ability to them. See, silent piety. Uh it doesn’t even look like the first line the first rank up here is even doing those. So uh it does eventually uh don’t don’t get me wrong here. And it also does our shielding spell. So when we get this to 75, we will change up some of this. Like I’m not casting silent piety at the moment. It’s just like a resist buff, but I’m it’s just not worth creating another button for me at the moment. Now rewards this list of the following. Uh just another one. Yeah. So, I guess we’re still going to be doing this at 75 plus. Uh I don’t remember doing it 125, so I think the unity changes at some point. But, uh or I just wasn’t casting at 125. But, uh definitely something to keep in mind mind there. You pick the one you’re going to do. If you’re fighting mostly undead, go with silvered. If you’re not, go with pious. All right. And then finally, we got a new aura at 70. Um blessed aura. Now, this is an H uh this is a heal um boost, right? it. Uh I don’t think you can get a description of it anywhere in the game. Uh maybe it’s in the spell book, but uh it gives like 10% extra healing to heals you receive. Yeah. Increases the potency of the healing spells that land on your companions as long as they stay inside the aura. So everybody near me gets bigger heals. It’s a very nice little thing. So you’re going to want to have that at all times. Running. It lasts for a while. That’s not permanent for some reason, but uh it’s good to have. All right, so that’s all the spells I cast. Now, we talked about the multi-bind kind of. So, this is progressive from the last video, right? I’m not going to talk about every single button here, but from the last video, the the the multivine really hasn’t changed. We haven’t gotten any new abilities or anything like that. The only thing that’s changed is I upgraded these stuns. Uh, Seren Command, Force of Piety, and Force of Aura. And they are right here, right? Force of Aira, Force of Piety, and Serene Command. The heal is still there. We just upgraded to the next version. And that we’re still doing divine stun on cooldown. Now, this one pushes the target back. And I don’t like this one. I’m going to probably switch to I think it was force of disruption is the one I like. Uh, there’s another one. There’s three there’s three different stuns that a paladin gets on timer two from AA. Yeah, divine stun, force of disruption, disruptive persecution. Uh depending on which one it is, uh you can pick and choose however you want to do that, but you can only do one of them. They don’t stack. So, it’s uh you know, definitely what you need to do. So, like force of disruption, uh just increases the hatred and interrupts spell casting. And so it does not have that stun effect where it’s pushing the mob back. And if you’ve watched any of the live streams of Hamrock Slays undead, you’ll know that the mobs are just sliding all over the place. It’s kind of funny. All right, that is that is all of that, right? We just all I do I go up to a mob and I spam five or four and five, right? So that’s how this multi-bind is set for this guy. Uh right here, every time I log out, it gets broken, doesn’t it? Yeah, it’s not saving correctly. Let me fix that real quick. That’s should these should be five. Uh I have no idea why. They they just recently changed it so personas get their own uh their own uh what you call it, but it seems like every time I log out, these hotkeys do not save correctly and I have to fix them. So, and I just logged on. So, there we go. Uh but the the the way this character works, he’s bound on four and five. So when he’s pushing when I’m pushing four, it’s going to do like all everything in this this bar. If I’m pushing five, it’s going to do the same thing. I just come over here. I’m pushing five right now. That’s the only thing I’m pushing is five. There we go. See? So all those stuns are going to go off and then the the AoE heal will go off it when they’re all down. Nope. Goes back up. There’s the heal. And then it’s it’s pretty pretty basic, right? Uh it’ll change a little bit more in the future, but right now it is as basic as it could possibly be. Now, other spells of interest, AAS, that is a lay of hands is very good for uh saving someone’s life. Uh typically, uh you know, this is pretty much you won’t die for 36 seconds because of how big it is, right? 65,000 health and then 16,000 every 6 seconds. I don’t even have 16,000 hit points. So, it’s like a complete heal every 6 seconds for 36 seconds. So, if I need it, it’s there, but once that drops, you know, if you’re not doing well, it’s not going to do well for you. Then, we have handy, which is just a group heal, instant group heal for 4,000 uh every 24 minutes. It’s kind of nice, like you know, someone’s getting killed and you can’t save them fast enough. It kind of, you know, helps sometimes, but it is what it is. Uh, we also picked up Cloak of Light, which is our Invis Undead, uh, instant cast, right? I’m in Viz Undead now. Yay. Uh, not that I like that I ever need it, right? Like, it’s it’s not as big deal. Uh, we also picked up Mars Salvation, which is actually pretty nice. Now, uh, you’re going to want to block this on the Paladin. And see if I can find it here. uh actions character block buffs. Yeah. So, you’re going to want to block this Mars salvation, and you’re going to want to block any ranks that there are of this. Uh see if I can I click on it. There we go. Reduces the amount of hatred your actions generating by 7%. Now, this is a group buff. It lands on everybody in the group, so everybody is losing 7%. If you don’t block it, you’re going to lose 7%, too. And that’s not going to do anything good for you. So, what you’re going to want to do is uh block that. You can see here I also block uh skin of the reptile. I don’t have skin block for some reason. Maybe I was I already clicked it off when I did that. But uh uh skin should be blocked also. And then I I I block all the forms that change my form uh when I cast spells. So something to keep in mind there. But uh you’re going to want to make sure you block this Mar Salvation. And you make sure you cast it pretty much every time uh you do buffs. It doesn’t last very long. Um I don’t see how long does it last. 15 minutes. So you’re gonna want to do that. But uh that’s that. Uh and we’re going to have purification which just remove some uh detrimental effects. And then radiant cure, which you know cures us. So you’re going to want to have those on your bar just in case. Uh later on we’re going to put splash on our bar which whenever we get that is the uh paladin group heal targeted cure. Uh that is that is like a gamechanging spell like literally lets us solo missions. Uh so it’ll be interesting to see how that all plays into it but allows the mechanic or the the paladin to do more of the healing and curing mechanics. Um you know it’s going to take some pressure off the druid when we get to that point. But, uh, pretty nice there. Uh, but for the most part, that’s it for spells and how I have all this set up. Now, I think I just upgraded or uploaded, uh, my UI to Discord a little while ago for this guy. If not, and you you’re I get a lot of requests for the UI, just post in the Discord that uh, you want to see the, you know, the paladin UI, but it’s pretty basic. Uh, gearwise, Defiant is still the best that you’re going to want. I believe elaborate defiant. Yeah, elaborate defiant right here. was looking for a piece of it is going to be the best you can get for this. Other be elegant might be the next one. But, uh, at 70, we’re kind of getting into the point where we need to start actually earning some gear. Now, we have some options we’re going to work towards. Uh, but, um, you know, I’m not 100% sure like where I’m going to go. I want the best that I can get. And to me, that is this armor, but I don’t really want to do the progression for it on this character. It’s very very tedious. Uh right in here. Uh special. What is it? This one? Sunder rock. Maybe. Now that’s elaborate. So you can get free to fight if you go through and do the hero’s journey. So keep that in mind. Like when you’re leveling up, you need gear. Go do this. But this is this is where this is the uh the heroes tier level. Uh see here. This one’s buried sea. See, maybe this one. Oh, dragon scale. Yeah. So, you’re going to want this hero level stuff. Uh, it’s going to be the best you can get without outside of raid gear. This is going to be 300 hit points per thing. Uh, that’s not too bad really if you think about it. Now, the other option, we can’t see it yet, is paragon armor, which is seeds of destruction level uh stuff and house of thool tier one. Uh now at level 80, these characters are going to go to House of Th. Uh most likely at level 75, we’re going to go to Gribbles. So, uh we’re going to be doing, you know, do the Gri three Gribbles missions and then go off and do a different zone. And for the, you know, 2.5 hours that we have, Gribbles is the fastest way to level, you know, 75 plus no matter what. Unless you’re being powerleled, that’s a whole different thing. But if you’re, you know, you’re doing it with just your own characters, uh, and they’re all, you’re not being powerleveled anyway, you’re going to get a better experience doing gribbles because you’re getting like 20 to, you know, 20 to 40% experience per mission. And there’s three missions you can do in less than 30 minutes. So, you can get immediately a lot of experience real quick. Uh there’s also at 75 there’s a broken mirror mission that you can do that’ll give you a full level to put you to 76 uh for very little work. So uh we’ll probably do that cuz I don’t believe I did the broken mirror stuff on these characters. And so this these ones should be able to go ahead and do that. Uh I think so we’ll we’ll be doing that on stream whenever that time comes. Uh let me check here make sure. Yeah, I have not done anything in the broken mirror. So, uh we’ll definitely do that. We’re not going to do broken mirror armor. I find it too tedious to do uh because there’s multiple multiple aug slots like there’s just to make the armor work and that you know do that times six and you’re getting carpal tunnel just for fun. You know, it’s just not not a pleasant experience unless you’re doing like say one character slowly, right? It’s if you’re doing it massively fast, it’s not that fun. But that’s kind of like where we’re going to go gearwise. Uh, and then like ideally we want to get into the House of Thu and so we can get some, you know, easy upgrades there and armor throughout that. And I don’t I don’t think we’re going to stop in the House of Th. I know I said I was going to do some Veil Valeris with these guys. So, we’re going to be doing a little bit of Veil Valeris as we uh get to that point. So, that’s level 90 and uh should be good there. But, uh, that’s pretty much how I play this character. I don’t think I missed anything. Uh, if I did, it’ll be in the it’ll be in the 75 video. Uh, when we have more abilities to really talk about cuz, uh, we’re kind of limited at the moment. But, uh, if there’s something I missed, I probably covered it in the previous video. If not, leave a comment, let me know, and I will, uh, take a look at, uh, making sure to incorporate that in the next one. If you like the content, uh, feel free to subscribe and, uh, like the video and, uh, I’ll see you next time. Thank you very much for watching and please have a fantastic day.
